LEADERSHIP COACHING

Background

Great leadership is an art form, inspiring enthusiasm and trust, and catalyzing creativity and productivity. Ineffective leadership can negatively impact staff morale and retention, as well as an organization’s bottom line. Yet very few leaders ever receive formal training to prepare them for influential roles. Those who do, and the organizations they serve, report transformational benefits. Indeed, a global survey of coaching clients by PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Association Resource Centre, Inc. noted a seven-fold mean return on investment (ROI) for companies investing in coaching, with over 25% reporting an ROI of 10 to 49 times.

Services

We focus on building skills and confidence to allow leaders to be effective and accountable in their roles, helping them safely and honestly examine their strengths and weaknesses and hone their skills. Organizations hire us to help executives and senior-level employees develop specific skills, such as effective listening and delegation, team and meeting management, as well as strategic and tactical goal setting and implementation. We often help individuals and Boards of Directors navigate big changes, such as reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and changes in leadership personnel. Additionally, we work with individual executives and senior employees to develop their capacity and skills to address discrete, well-defined organizational issues that focus on specific topics or content areas.

Our approach helps individuals risk safely and productively and, ultimately, realize their untapped potential. He takes a deep dive into each candidate’s character, background, and temperament—something that personality and professional aptitude tests alone cannot do. His sensitive yet direct style challenges clients to address with their issues, confront their fears, and move forward by empowering themselves in their leadership roles and responsibilities.

We offer individual coaching services for individuals, as well as focused workshops and retreats for Boards and teams.

Experience

Steeped in four decades of leadership coaching experience, our approach is tailored each individual and organization’s specific circumstances, needs, self-awareness. We have conducted leadership coaching for multinational corporations and non-profits, government agencies, as well as small and mid-sized firms. We have worked closely with individuals, Boards, and teams within every sector on both multi-year projects and one-day workshops and retreats. /p>
